Equifax is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our Sales Enablement team. This position will report to the Sales Enablement Leader over Sales Effectiveness, as part of USIS Sales Operations and Enablement.

This position will partner with Sales Leaders and other internal stakeholders across the USIS business unit, diagnose performance issues and learning needs, identify appropriate training-based solutions, and develop learning frameworks and curricula to facilitate achievement of the business unit's goals. You will have the opportunity to be part of a newly developing University program, which is designed to provide ongoing developmental training opportunities for various roles across Equifax USIS, but especially for sales and sales leadership roles. This role will be responsible for implementing the strategic vision that ensures innovative, high-quality training opportunities are delivered with precision. This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence at either our Alpharetta or Midtown Atlanta location.

What you'll do Analyze and improve existing LandD frameworks and develop a training skills matrix Evaluate business unit's overall learning requirements, business objectives, desired results, and constraints; conduct a skills assessment to identify specific training needs Identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and courseware using industry standard testing methods, needs analysis, and methods of redesigning training programs Investigate available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needs Establish a project plan and conduct a cost/benefit analysis for any recommendations made to business units Develop new learning experiences including instructor-led courses, interactive eLearning, and practical application exercises using modern tools and techniques and adult learning best practices Revamp new hire onboarding program for various sales roles and divisions across the US, leveraging input from sales leaders and your own expertise Partner with Instructional Designer(s) on the team as a project management resource for larger training design projects, ensuring they have what they need to stay on track with key training deliverables Measure and track learning completions, feedback, and ROI to drive future training prioritizations Produce periodic LandD reports outlining learning needs accompanied by recommendations and implications, such as changes in operations, budget, or quality

What experience you'll need Minimum 4 years of learning and development experience in a corporate training environment, preferably in Technology, Financial Services or Sales organizations Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency with eLearning, and graphic design software like Articulate 360 including Storyline, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Illustrator, InDesign, Brainshark, etc. Strategic thinking skills with the ability to ask the needed big-picture questions that lead to process and team improvements Experience with consultation and the assessment of learning needs, proposing, designing, developing, delivering and measuring success of learning solutions Ability to perform research and ask smart questions to learn new content and concepts quickly, as you may be developing training on advanced concepts or products previously unfamiliar Strong organizational, communications, relationship and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks; ability to work with cross functional teams and leaders at all levels Analytical, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of business unit managers, instructional designers, corporate HR and external vendors Consulting skills including client-facing skills aimed at de ermining the client's need, perceived roadblocks, business unit culture, and work environment issues Knowledge of training and organizational development theories and practices, instructional design models, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM, LMS, ADDIE) Business acumen and understanding of the impact of training on overall corporate performance Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
