This position may operate a variety of grading and dirt work equipment but is expected to usually handle blade/grading operation. This position should be able to work independently with little training or guidance. Since this is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish, or other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round. Minimum Qualifications: A successful Knife River Blade Operator will have: * A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills * A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record * 3+ Years experience with blade/motor grader operation * Knowledge and/or experience with earth moving equipment This position requires travel and stay through Northwestern Minnesota and North Dakota.
