Job Description

The Supply Chain (SC) Analytics 2 is an intermediate level position responsible to partner on a Global basis across Supply Chain Operations in order to design, develop and deliver the full range of powerful information owned by the Supply Chain Analytics team.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Assist with deliverables related to global data and information analytics strategy, and plan for Supply Chain Operations

• Assist in reporting such as spend analytics, operational/performance metrics, cost analytics, save tracking and reporting, benchmarking, category market intelligence, cost modeling, metrics, reporting, forecasting

• Assist in the execution of financial, business information and analytics strategy

• Assist in generating metrics cluster, business, and category, across different SCO functions

• Interrogate complex data sets for management presentation and business review.

• Define, design and launch insightful intelligence across the end-to-end third-party supplier domain

• Work closely with stakeholders within and outside Supply Chain Operations to ensure the team's products are aligned with strategy and objectives.

• Effectively communicate metrics and findings to stakeholders

• Execute on continuous improvement/optimization efforts of existing processes and procedures

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Experience working with large amounts of data for reporting purposes

• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledgeable in data visualization tools such as Tableau

• SQL, Python, R programming background is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
