Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Florham Park, New Jersey

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our location in Florham Park, New Jersey. This role is instrumental in the smooth functioning of our office operations. The primary job function includes handling emails, managing projects, and arranging travel, among other tasks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing virtual files and making appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to emails efficiently.

• Handle and oversee various projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

• Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for staff members as required.

• Assist the operations manager in various tasks, as needed.

• Facilitate and ensure the efficient selling of packaging components.

• Maintain a high level of organization in all tasks.

• Manage virtual files and emails in a systematic and organized manner.

• Schedule appointments and meetings as per the requirements of the team.

• Communicate via calls and emails to ensure smooth operations.

• Take detailed notes during virtual meetings for record keeping and follow-ups.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management.

• Experience in Calendar Management.

• Experience in Arranging Travel for staff members. Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as managing correspondence, answering phones, and filing

• Experience with QuickBooks for managing financial records

• Ability to handle Calendar Management efficiently, scheduling meetings and appointments

• Experience in Arranging Travel including booking flights, hotels, and arranging transportation

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong customer service skills
