Job Title: Concrete Products Manufacturing Laborer and Delivery Driver

Duties: Assist/lead with the set-up/production/manufacturing and delivery of precast concrete products. You will report to Manager/Assistant Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required - Good interpersonal communication skills ability to interact with co-workers, supervisors, managers and clients - Ability to solve problems quickly/efficiently/effectively - Ability to be trained in on tasks and take direction from assigned trainer - Ability to work safely and follow safety regulations/guidelines - Ability to work weekends as needed - Must wear appropriate, provided uniform, for deliveries - Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds - Keep delivery trucks and equipment clean/maintained - Self motivated and self-driven to complete tasks efficiently - Understand and accept changes that are implemented to keep us competitive -Take pride in manufacturing and delivering the best precast concrete products possible

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain a DOT medical/health card Must have a valid driver's license (Class A or Class B not required)

Working Conditions Manufacturing of Precast Concrete Products occurs inside our heated shop. You will be required to work efficiently, effectively, and most importantly, safely in a manufacturing environment. Knowledgeable in proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Most of the heavy lifting will be handled by the overhead cranes, however, you will occasionally need to carry heavy objects during the manufacturing or delivery process. Appropriate work attire for manufacturing would be blue jeans (without holes), t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt (without holes) and work boots.

Delivery of our Precast Concrete Products, require you to be aware of your surroundings while driving. You will be required to drive in a safe and efficient manner, obeying all Federal, State and Local laws. On deliveries, you will be required to arrive at the predetermined location ahead of time, do a proper set up, and stay until the whole process is complete. This will require some heavy lifting/carrying of the as needed. Proper work attire for this activity will be your company issued uniform consisting of a shirt and blue pants (not blue jeans) along with proper work boots.
