Job Title: Transformation Office Senior Portfolio Analyst

A Transformation Office Senior Portfolio Analyst at Arvest plays a key role in driving business value and tying strategy to execution. What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

? Gather, analyze, and synthesize project and portfolio data into datasets to support critical initiatives and executive decision-making.

? Maintain strategic alignment and key data elements for the portfolio.

? Participate in Transformation Office prioritization processes and provide portfolio data to support project selection and prioritization.

? Provide reporting mechanisms and standards for all portfolio projects to ensure transparency for stakeholders and leadership.

? Facilitate regular portfolio reviews to drive effective project delivery and support continuous learning and improvement to the team.

? Monitor portfolio initiatives, interdependencies, risks, and issues and contribute to solutions through root cause analysis.

? Maintain a customer-first mindset in all portfolio elements and use exceptional customer service skills to meet partner needs.

? Work with division leaders to understand business needs for ongoing and portfolio-based analytics.

? Apply data visualization techniques to create and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing various datasets and identifying trends and patterns.

? Participate in improving project and portfolio management methodologies by supporting processes and standards documentation activities.

? Lead the Transformation Office towards maturity by identifying and championing continuous improvement initiatives and coaching and influencing the project management community.

? Manage and administer enterprise-wide project management tools.

? Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
