Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Cost Accountant in Renton, Washington. This role involves extensive interaction with various departments, dealers, vendors, etc. and requires someone with a few years of experience rather than a recent graduate. The position includes managing dealer reserves and working with the Controller to review reserves, cash accounts, etc. This role leans more towards the analytical side but is still heavily based in accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Interact extensively within different departments, dealers, vendors, etc.

• Manage dealer reserves and work closely with the Controller to review reserves, cash accounts, etc.

• Carry out data analytics, financial analysis, and journal entries.

• Maintain professionalism, good communication, and organization.

• Use SAP, Excel, and other Accounting Software Systems efficiently.

• Perform ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tasks.

• Execute ERP Solutions, Accounting Functions, and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Participate in Budget Processes and Cost Accounting.

• Conduct Cost Analysis.

• Ensure all accounting tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.

The salary range for this position is $70k to $90k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 4% match and 15 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Must have experience with CapEx

• Competency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is a must

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is needed

• Must possess skills in Cost Accounting

• Ability to perform Cost Analysis effectively
