The salary range for this position is between 90k - 130k depending on experience. The role is on site and eligible for 2 days' work from home after onboarding. Requirements

• Experience managing e-Discovery and Discovery processes and tools effectively;

• Experience handling plaintiff cases and working with clients;

• Ability in advancing and defending the rights of clients who have experienced injustice, discrimination, or have been injured;

• Experience providing guidance and support to clients during emotional times;

• Experience leveraging skills in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software for efficient documentation;

• Experience administering claims and handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner;

• Experience drafting discovery responses and managing electronic discovery procedures;

• Experience handling complex litigation type cases and or personal injury litigation cases;

• Proven experience as a Senior Paralegal with at least 10 years in the field;

• Demonstrated experience in briefing, claim administration, and complaint handling;

• Ability to manage complex documentation processes;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;

• The capability of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information; and,

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
