Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand their business information needs and formulate data-driven solutions. Working with department leaders to assess opportunities for AI integration to enhance operations, automate processes, and improve overall employee productivity. Participate in the development efforts designed to create solutions and tools to collect, process, analyze and disseminate reliable, actionable information to the organization. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., that support our analytical and business needs. Use advanced analytics techniques to gather and analyze large datasets to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality controls and validation processes. Define and design secure in-house AI models and algorithms to analyze data, automate processes, enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI and AI technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance data analysis and the decision-making processes.
