Position Title Lead Quality Assurance Analyst - IT

Location Headquarters-Troy, MI

Job Summary This position is responsible for successfully leading multiple teams of testers with, at times, competing priorities and deadlines on both large and small-scale projects. This position is responsible for leading a team of testers both offsite and on site, assisting in designing, developing, executing and maintaining functional, integration, system, performance tests. This position is responsible for reviewing test analysts' test cases to ensure appropriate coverage, identify and remediate gaps in test coverage. Develops and provides testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate test status to the test team and management. Troubleshoots and resolves or recommends solutions to a diverse range of complex software testing problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions).

Job Responsibilities: Leads groups of QA Test Analysts (onsite and remote) for both artifact creation and execution Creates test Artifacts (Test Strategies/Test Cases/Traceability Matrices/Test coverage metrics etc.) Identifies any potential quality issues per defined process and escalates potential quality issues. Isolates, replicates, and reports defects and verifies defect fixes Works with TCOE Manager and Project Management teams to set milestone for QA team and the project schedule. Provides accurate time estimations for QA effort, based on various inputs. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.

Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience required. Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of QA experience including 5 years of automated testing experience preferred, or 15 years of comparable work experience preferred. 10 years of experience in quality analysis or other analytic role. 5 years of experience with software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and software process improvement methods. 5 years of experience in automated testing preferred. 2 years of load and performance testing experience preferred. Ability to lead teams of people to achieve a common goal. Strong knowledge in software quality assurance and system testing tools. Strong ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with business users. Demonstrated strength in implementing and managing TCoE methodology & QA process for testing programs. Extensive experience in defining test strategies and Test plans for large engagements. Strong experience in User Acceptance Test Planning. Test Data Management, Requirements, Change & Risk Management Experience preferred. Performance and Load Testing experience preferred. Extensive working experience in integration, system, Smoke, regression testing, risk based testing, data centric testing. Exceptional analytic and problem solving abilities with ability to apply root cause analysis. Strong backend database testing experience in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored process, jobs and triggers. Experience with payment networks and organizations. Payment's background (B2B) with emphasis on ACH / Wire transfers and financial messaging experience. Able to prioritize work by dividing time, attention and effort between current project workload and on-going support tasks. Experience with TOSCA, Neoloadand Selenium Excellent organizational skills.<
