UL, LLC Fleet Assistant in Warszawa, Poland

We are excited to announce that for the first time we are opening a position in Warsaw looking for a Fleet Assistant who will be supporting our European Car Fleet. Are you a passionate car enthusiast who likes to follow Automotive market trends? This opportunity is for you!

  • Supports day to day fleet operations across Europe at all stages of Fleet lifecycle: lease inception, title/license, billing, maintenance, reporting, termination, etc.

  • Solves problems with the guidance of the Corporate Fleet Coordinator and provides resources and answers to fleet drivers and their managers.

  • Supports the implementation of a centralized fleet management program focused on vendor consolidation, data visibility and reporting, sustainability of fleet, customer experience, cost optimization.

  • Submits accident reports and communicates insurance requirements in collaboration with the car drivers and external partners.

  • Gathers, mines, provides and aggregates car data (both financial and non-financial data) to help in driving decisions which improve cost and quality.

  • Engages in supporting UL Fleet Program.

  • Supports onboarding activities including locating and assigning vehicles to drivers.

  • Applies car fleet policy, providing feedback for updates and necessary adjustments, and ensures compliance with all the laws and regulations of the respective responsible countries.

  • May participate in other activities connected to travel management.

  • 2-3 years of experience in car fleet handlings, car leasing, fleet assistance or similar fields.

  • Experience in general administration and strong knowledge of MS office programs, particularly in Excel.

  • Advanced level of English language is a must. Good knowledge of German language would be an asset.

  • Affinity to cars and/or Automotive industry and interest in keeping track of new manufacturers and vehicle models coming on market.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to solve complex problems.

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented individual who likes to follow instructions and ask questions.

  • Good team player but also able to work independently.

  • Experience in travel management would be a plus.
